For bars and clubs
At your venue, the QR code belongs to the DJ
WeSound runs on each DJ's QR code. The venue puts it on display and guests request their songs from the dance floor.

Does WeSound have a product for bars and clubs?
No. WeSound is an app and website to request songs from a live DJ and support them with a tip, and it runs on each DJ's account and QR code. There's no venue account or venue dashboard. What a venue can do is encourage its DJs to use it and put the DJ's QR code where guests can see it.
What does a venue gain when its DJs use WeSound?
Tidy requests. Guests request from their phones instead of coming up to the booth, so the DJ keeps playing without interruptions and the area around the booth stays clear.
The DJ stays in control of the set. Every request arrives with the song, the dedication and the amount, and the DJ accepts or declines it with one tap. Nothing plays unless the DJ accepts it, so the style of the night doesn't change.
Checked dedications. We check every dedication before it reaches the booth, and some words aren't allowed. DJs also agree to treat guests with respect and not to accept offensive requests.
An easy way for guests to join in. Requesting a song and tipping the DJ takes a few taps, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, no account and nothing to install.
How do I put the DJ's QR code on display?
Each DJ has their QR code in their app. The venue just needs to give it a good spot.
Ask the DJ for their QR code or link
Every DJ has their own QR code in the WeSound app and can share the link to their page.
Put it where the dance floor can see it
On a screen next to the booth, in the booth itself or on a sign near the bar. Guests should be able to scan it with their phone camera without approaching the DJ.
Switch the code when the DJ changes
If several DJs play in one night, each has their own code. Show the one for whoever is in the booth.
The DJ activates their event
When their set starts, the DJ activates the event in the app. From then on, anyone who scans their QR code lands straight on that set.

What WeSound doesn't offer venues
We'd rather be clear. There's no venue account, no venue dashboard and no per-venue reports. There's no integration with DJ software or with venue systems either.
The tip is for the DJ: WeSound keeps 15% of each accepted tip and the rest goes to the DJ. The venue doesn't get a share.
